Memo Demos CD

Here are the songs, as I sang them at the long farmhouse table in a mostly empty house in Fort Atkinson in the winter of 2017-2018. A few of them I'd had for a while and the rest came in a flood, or are covers that snuck in with the throng. It was quite a time. "Blood Blue" and "All Saints Day" got written at an AirBnB on the Oregon coast, the day before the recording session began — whatever day the Blood Blue Supermoon happened. January 31st. I looked it up. Thank you for listening, probably for a lot of years. Art is a lovely sprawl of puttering and procrastinating and making and re-making. It's a joy. It's a weed. It's a problem.
